The Directors are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who shares our vision of outstanding outcomes and progress for all pupils within a caring and supportive environment. Hours of work 08:30-15:00, Monday - Thursday and 08:30-12:00, Friday.

We have expanded our Trust to incorporate a Key Stage 1 and a Key Stage 2 Social, Emotional and Mental Health Specialist Resource Bases. This expansion gives us an exciting opportunity to further our work with children with special educational needs.

We are looking for someone who:

·      Has experience of working with children with special educational needs.

·      Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

·      Is confident operating within a team to ensure collaborative working.

·      Is resilient, patient with a nurturing approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.

·      Has a valid driving licence and transport as visiting children in their home schools is part of the role.

·      Has a warm personality and a good sense of humour.
