Hours: up to 31.25 hours per week (hours to be discussed at interview)

Required from September 2026

We are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled, caring and enthusiastic teaching assistant to be part of a unique and exciting one form entry primary school.

The successful candidate will:

Be actively supportive of the Christian ethos of the school

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Be flexible; the role may involve working 1 to 1 with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (including those with EHCPs), supporting pupils in group or whole class situations

Demonstrate initiative and the ability to encourage independence and resilience in pupils

Have high expectations of themselves and others

Work well as a member of a team

Have a heart for the community
