The successful candidate will:
be supportive of the Christian ethos of our school
be required to provide academic, behavioural, and social support for groups and individual children
be an experienced Early Years practitioner
have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum and reforms
experience of supporting pupils with SEND
be enthusiastic and a good communicator
be able to use their own initiative
have high standards of oral, written and numeracy skills
be committed to raising pupils’ attainment, particularly in Communication and language, Literacy and Mathematics and have an understanding of intervention strategies applicable to Early Years / Transition
