We’re a vibrant, friendly, and hard-working team that’s proud to make our school a place where children can grow and thrive. Now, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual Teaching Assistant to join us in a part-time, term-time only role, working 20 hours per week (ideally afternoons), however happy to discuss a work pattern for the right candidate.

This role is to work 1-2-1 with SEN children.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally someone with a Teaching Assistant Qualification or comparable experience of at least 2 years
  • Must have excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Have high expectations for all children and a strong belief that all children can succeed and flourish
  • Demonstrate an ability to nurture and support all children, including those with complex learning, emotional or other needs
  • Are committed to ensuring all children make excellent progress and model our school values and ethos in all that they do
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate well (and work successfully with) colleagues, parents and children
