What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- have experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1; have experience of leading 1 to 1 and small group interventions
- be able to support the learning of pupils and be able to evidence the impact of your work upon their learning
- be able to inspire and motivate all learners in order that their potential is reached; demonstrate high expectations of pupil performance and behaviour;
- be a highly motivated, well-organised team member who shows initiative and is flexible
- use your enthusiasm and commitment to make a real difference to learning in our school
- embody the ethos and values of St. Leonard’s Primary School

St. Leonard’s Primary School is a popular school that currently has 210 children on roll and a 24 place Governor run Nursery. Our school has just moved to a new, larger site which will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to be part of our growth story in the next chapter of St Leonard’s journey and development. Our new site is based at the Kingston Centre which is a £4 million flagship project of innovation and sustainability.
