What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have an approach that includes forgiveness, understanding and fresh starts. They will be fully committed to promoting the needs and welfare of all children. Experience of working with pupils of varying SEND and behaviours is desirable. It is essential that the successful candidate can support the Christian Ethos of the school and the Trauma Informed approach, making building relationships a priority in their role.
