The successful candidate will:
- Be a willing, flexible, enthusiastic and positive team player
- Be committed to ensuring that the children have fun whilst learning but be sensitive and attentive to their individual needs
- Be flexible and adaptable. You may be needed to support in class, in small groups or on a 1:1 basis across Foundation Stage, KS1 and KS2
- Be reliable, professional and resilient
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, both written and verbal. This is essential
