What skills and experience we're looking for
Previous experience of working with primary school aged children would be desirable, but is not essential .
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students are essential.
- Commit to the school’s safeguarding procedures and policy
- Good basic skills: Literacy and Numeracy
- Able to use ICT effectively
- Ability to positively contribute to and implement plans and interventions
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and team
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Contribute to and promote the aims and ethos of the school
- Seek advice and support where necessary
Be supportive of and promote equality and diversity
