What skills and experience we're looking for

Previous experience of working with primary school aged children would be desirable, but is not essential .

Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students are essential.

  • Commit to the school’s safeguarding procedures and policy
  • Good basic skills: Literacy and Numeracy
  • Able to use ICT effectively
  • Ability to positively contribute to and implement plans and interventions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and team

Our children have a wonderful attitude to learning; they achieve and progress well through a strong community atmosphere, effective leadership and excellent teaching. Our engaging and theme-based curriculum motivates and inspires children to do their best. Our school values of confidence, positivity, respect, trust, compassion, generosity and determination encapsulate everything we believe is important in learning and the experience of schooling for our children.
