We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistantto work in collaboration with class teachers to support the learning of students, some of whom have Special Educational Needs (SEN). To supervise and provide particular support for identified students, in 1:1, group or whole class situations, ensuring their safety as well as supporting them to access the learning.

Commitment to safeguarding
At Stone Lodge our approach to safeguarding is child-centred and we consider at all times the best interest of the child.
We have a designated safeguarding lead, who provides support to staff members to carry out their safeguarding duties and liaises with other agencies such as children’s social care.
Mr Barnett is also a safeguarding lead and regular meetings are held to discuss any ongoing safeguarding or welfare concerns.
All staff members receive safeguarding and child protection training which is regularly updated.
