What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work 5 days a week, who will become an integral part of our team to help support students and contribute to the wider life of school. The position would suit either an experienced TA, or someone interested in a career change who is passionate about working with and inspiring students, as no formal TA experience is necessary. The position would also suit a graduate who may be interested in pursuing a career in teaching in the future. You will be working within a friendly, passionate team committed to getting the best outcomes for our young people.

* Understand some of the barriers to learning young people face
* Are committed to further CPD and progression
* Have GCSE passes in Maths and English C+ or equivalent.
