Teaching Assistant support job summary

Are you positive and energetic, professional and compassionate? Do you have plenty of emotional intelligence?
We are looking for someone who is patient and kind. We need someone who will demonstrate a consistent and firm approach towards our pupils whilst understanding their needs.
You will be working with the key stage 1 team, supporting a pupil 1-1 with additional needs and working in small groups.
Our children and parents are rewarding to work with, our hard-working staff have a sense of humour and our governors are knowledgeable and supportive.
