  is seeking to appoint a

TEACHING ASSISTANT (Pay Scale Point 3) 27.5 hours per week (Ten Mile Bank)

required asap

1 year fixed term contract

DEMAT and the Riverside Federation are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and energetic person who has experience of building positive relationships with children. The role includes classroom support and targeted intervention work with groups and supporting SEN pupils under the supervision of the class teacher.

As a federation we have made great progress in recent years and our desire is to secure staff who will agree that it is essential to ensure the children are provided with opportunities; are delivered varied challenges and who have respect of each other and the world, through a rich, creative curriculum which widens and deepens their learning. We have a strong team of dedicated staff, who will give you a warm welcome. We work as a team across the federation, sharing planning, ideas and events.

We are part of the Diocese of Ely Multi Academy Trust (DEMAT) family of schools. Through the trust, we engage in CPD opportunities including maths, English, moderation and more. DEMAT encourage aspirational staff with opportunities across the trust.
