Salary: Grade 3 SP 7 - 10 (FTE £20,443 - £22,129 / Actual £16,415 - £17,769 per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent, part time, 35 hours per week / 39 weeks per year *or flexible
Due to colleagues moving on to train to teach, Castle Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to support learning across Years 7 to 11, both in the classroom, and in small group interventions within our specialist Cognition and Learning Hub ‘The Arch’. Applicants would be required to have achieved at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, and have previous experience of working with children with additional needs, ideally in a secondary school setting.
Applicants will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children, and, at all times, demonstrate our PROUD values: Professional, Resilient, Optimistic, Understanding and Driven.
