What skills and experience we're looking for
The Florence Nightingale Academy are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with children from 4-11 years throughout our school.
The ideal candidate will:
- be an excellent Practitioner with good all-round knowledge and characteristics of effective learning
- be enthusiastic and inspirational
- work well as a member of a team and under their own initiative
- be forward thinking and proactive in their approach
- have high expectations of all children and be committed to promoting inclusion
- have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- be adaptable to support across school where needed
