Teaching Assistant job summary
The Heath School is looking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant who wants to be part of a team and can really make an impact on the progress of our students and share our passion to make a positive and lasting difference for them.
The successful candidate will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, enabling access to learning for all students. They will help students work effectively, achieve success and monitor progress in relation to target ILPS and IBPs, providing a balance and encouragement.
