Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated member of staff to work with our pupils. Are you;
- efficient
- flexible,
- able to promote the safety and well being of pupils
- a good communicator with the ability to share your knowledge and experience with staff, parents and pupils
- organised and able to manage your workspace/classroom
- knowledgeable about strategies to support pupils with differing needs and challenges
- able and willing to help prepare the classroom for lessons
- able to read and understand lesson plans prior to learning so that you can best support the class teacher
