Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated member of staff to work with our pupils. Are you;

  • efficient
  • flexible,
  • able to promote the safety and well being of pupils
  • a good communicator with the ability to share your knowledge and experience with staff, parents and pupils
  • organised and able to manage your workspace/classroom
  • knowledgeable about strategies to support pupils with differing needs and challenges
  • able and willing to help prepare the classroom for lessons
  • able to read and understand lesson plans prior to learning so that you can best support the class teacher
