What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a talented and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide first-class teaching and learning support to our students. This is a rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to join a very successful and happy school. Hours are flexible with a minimum of 3 days per week.

“Pupils and students say that they are happy and they feel safe. They say that staff care about them and help them to do their best” -Ofsted, Sept 22

You will have excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work well in a team. Applications are welcome from individuals who are keen to gain experience prior to teaching, social work, or youth work training.

You will be joining a supportive and committed team, who share a passion for ensuring the needs of all our students are met, breaking down any barriers to learning, ensuring that all students make the progress they are capable of.

“Staff have confidence in their leaders. They feel their workload is manageable through sharing resources and working cooperatively. They are proud to be a member of staff” Ofsted, Sept 22.
