• Has A-C grades in GCSE Maths and English or above*
• Who is ICT proficient
• Who is flexible, hardworking and passionate about their work
• Who can inspire and motivate staff, parents and children
• Who is able to work as part of a team
• Who has experience of working with children
• Who shows commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners

*Candidates must have an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
