What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and who believes in developing the true potential of children. You will have a calm and positive disposition, the ability to break down activities into small step teaching and will nurture, inspire, challenge and motivate pupils. Implementing clear boundaries and routines, you will use behaviour management in all areas around school.You will have experience of working with children in a supportive capacity and have good verbal communication skills. You will have strong time management and organisational skills and work well as part of a team.
