What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will have some experience of working with children in small groups or 1:1 and supporting the class teacher with delivering lessons. You will have the confidence, initiative and knowledge to support learning, pastoral wellbeing and help maintain a high-quality learning environment. You will be a team-player who is ready to get to know our pupils and help them to thrive.
