What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person committed to developing pupil potential. You will be a strong team player who will contribute to the wider life of the school, have excellent communication skills and be able to work positively with children and staff.
You should have the capacity to support pupils with special educational needs and be aware of the importance of data collection, analysis and target setting to provide a full and extensive level of support for these pupils.
It would be desirable that you would have some Speech and Language small group Intervention training and experience. Any specialist SEND Intervention Support experience as well as working with students ASD / ADHD would be beneficial.
Reporting to the SENCO you will work within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom.
