The ideal candidate will have:

  • The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent, with proficient practical skills or experience of working in a school setting
  • Knowledge of a range of primary school interventions and provisions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.

This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers.
