Learning Support Assistant
LSA Salary: SC Grade 2 SCP 3-5, starting salary £9,057 per annum (£22,737 FTE) pending pay award
Hours/weeks: up to 17.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (8:30am to 12:00pm)
(Additional Hours on Fixed Term contract until 31/08/2025 also available)

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who can provide support for classroom-based learning.
The applicants need to have patience, resilience and care.

• Be able to assist pupils to learn and reach their full potential
• Have high expectations and understanding of behavior of all pupils
• Work in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
• Create and maintain a purposeful learning environment
• Have experience of delivering interventions for children
