Teaching Assistant job summary
Your Role:
As a member of our support staff, you’ll play a vital part in helping our students achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Pupils: Supervise and provide personalised support, ensuring students feel safe, valued, and engaged in learning

Building Positive Relationships: Develop meaningful interactions based on trust and understanding, tailored to each pupil’s individual needs.

Encouraging Inclusion: Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher

Promoting Growth: Support pupils in building confidence, independence, and self-esteem.

Working Collaboratively: Use ICT effectively in the classroom and work alongside teachers to deliver specialised learning and therapy programs
