Teaching Assistant job summary
Teaching Assistant KS2 Grade B 19.58hr per week/37 weeks per year (term time only)
We require an experienced Teaching Assistant who can work in KS2. You will work with children who require emotional and academic support. Ideally having had experience working with children who are non-verbal and need emotional support to access the classroom environment. Experience of Makaton would be desirable. It is essential that you have had experience of working with children that dysregulate and can promote positive relationships with their peers. This role will also include supporting the children during lunchtimes. The role is Monday to Friday starting at 8.50am and ending at 1.05pm.
