Hours & Pay:

Post 1: 24.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday (PM); 39 weeks per year; Actual pay £14,346pa to £15,216pa

Post 2: 30 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 39 weeks per year; Actual pay £17,566 to £18,631pa

Key Purpose:

To be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, under the leadership and supervision of the teacher/senior staff: work with individuals/groups to support the learning and physical/general care of pupils, including those with SEND; enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the support of pupils and the classroom.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience of working with children across the primary phase
  • Have the skills to support the learning, social interaction and welfare of individual pupils with a range of needs.
  • Support the class teacher to provide the best opportunities and outcomes for our children
  • Be motivated, flexible and understanding
  • Have a willingness and enthusiasm to develop new skills
