What You’ll Bring to Futura:
We are looking for a motivated and inspirational Teaching Assistant who will:
- Have a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s – English and Maths C or above) and a relevant, recognized qualification such as NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2 years recent relevant experience, supporting pupils in the classroom
- Be able to plan and implement effective actions for pupils at risk of underachieving, a natural communicator with the ability to relate to both pupils and adults, very good IT skills and good use of initiative are some of the skills required.
- Demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
- Aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.
