Teaching Assistant with MDSA responsibilities (Named Child) job summary
Hours - 31.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.45am to 3.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch). Term time only plus 5 training days.
We are an excellent, values based Church of England Lower School that aims to welcome everyone and provide the very best education.
We are looking to appoint two experienced, kind and caring teaching assistants . The successful applicants will provide support to named children and to pupils with a variety of additional needs in small groups and individually, whilst working under the full supervision of a class teacher. The role includes lunchtime supervisory duties.
The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate empathy with children and a love of learning; they must be reliable and committed to helping our pupils achieve their goals.
