What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience as a Teaching Assistant in an Early Years or primary setting
- A NVQ Level 3 qualification for Teaching Assistants
- Have high expectations for all pupils
- Be committed to providing a stimulating, creative curriculum
- Be able to work well as part of a dedicated team
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to motivate and engage pupils with their learning
