We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant who:

  • Can build strong, positive relationships with children, acting as a role model and encouraging independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
  • Supports pupils in engaging with learning, both in the classroom and in small groups, adapting to their individual needs and promoting inclusion.
  • Assists in implementing individual education and behaviour plans, helping pupils develop key skills while providing feedback on progress.
  • Works collaboratively with teachers, helping to prepare learning activities, support classroom organisation, and contribute to lesson planning.
  • Communicates effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to support pupils' development and wellbeing.
  • Supervises pupils during non-classroom activities, including lunchtimes, school trips, and transitions, ensuring their safety and positive engagement.
