Teaching Assistants job summary
We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic practitioners who are able to form outstanding relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their teaching and learning pedagogy working alongside our vibrant, supportive and aspirational team.
Alongside the normal role and duties of a Teaching Assistant, we would also welcome candidates who can demonstrate and be willing to develop an expertise in Trauma Informed approaches and support the development of this provision across the school.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 32.5 hours per week, term time only and on a permanent basis. The role includes lunchtime supervisory duties. The actual annual salary for this is £13,315
We are also looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 28.75 hours per week,term time only and on a fixed term basis until 31/08/2023. The actual annual salary for this is £11,779
