We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact as a Head of Year at our school.
As a Head of Year, your purpose will be to support all students in the year group, enabling them to make progress and access ambitious futures. You will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where students can thrive. The role has a teaching commitment we do welcome applicants with any subject specialism, an ability to teach Maths, Business, Spanish, Music or Drama would be desirable.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for working with young people. Experience in a similar position or a background in education is essential. You should also have the ability to motivate and inspire both both students and staff, fostering a culture of high aspirations and continuous improvement.
