We rely on a successful, driven team of people, dedicated to improving the lives of highly vulnerable children and their families. . We are currently looking to recruit new members to our support staff team, people who can look beyond the behaviours children display as we seek the messages they are attempting to communicate.

We hold high expectations of our children who make accelerated progress in terms of their academic achievement and just as importantly their social, emotional and academic behaviours. Successful candidates will have the responsibility for keeping children safe, developing their self-esteem, providing appropriate challenge as well as supporting teachers in delivering purposeful, inspiring and engaging learning experiences.
