What skills and experience we're looking for
o Support children with their learning and behaviour in lessons.
o Support children to develop new coping strategies to regulate their behaviours.
o Identify patterns of behaviours, triggers and rescues.
o Co-regulate emotions and feelings with the aim for children to self-regulate.
o Support children to self-reflect on their behaviours using our shillings system.
o Track and monitor a child’s social and emotional progress.
o Explore and develop emotional literacy.
