Teaching Partner job summary
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring qualified Teaching Partner to join our supportive and talented team at King’s Oak Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning. These roles are based in the Primary phase. This Teaching Partner position is required on a fixed term basis working on a 1-1 basis with a specific child to support them through their education journey. This contract is planned to take place until 31.08.2023 or sooner depending on the student's needs.

To be successful in the post, we are looking for a passionate individual who wants to be a part of transforming education and will make an active contribution to the development of the Cabot Learning Federation and chosen Academy. You will assist in the educational, personal and social development of designated students under the direction and guidance of the Principal, SENCO and/or INCO and class teachers. Support students to enable them to access the curriculum, completely engage with their learning and achieve their full potential. Deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as social and emotional well-being.

King’s Oak Academy is a rapidly expanding all-through 4 to 16 academy based in Kingswood, Bristol. There are currently five year groups in our primary phase – Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 – with Year 7 through to Year 11 in our secondary phase. The children are excited to learn and are real ambassadors for our diverse community. King’s Oak Academy supports a hugely positive and supporting learning environment for all.
