What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding pastoral leader to join our Pastoral Leadership Team as a Year Leader. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all students in the year group receive outstanding pastoral care and are supported to enable them to flourish in all aspects of school life. The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher and a highly successful tutor.

As a Year Leader you will receive 10 periods of leadership time in addition to the TLR and will be supported by a dedicated Behaviour and Pastoral Manager who is a member of support staff working full time with the Year Group. You will be joining an exceptional pastoral team who together are role models for our students with a visible presence around the school. Experience of working with parents and external agencies is desirable. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and forward-looking individual and we welcome your application.
