Team Leader / Teacher job summary
We need an outstanding teacher and person who can inspire our children, staff and families. Our current Team Leader is unfortunately leaving us due to family reasons and would like to hand over to someone who is committed and passionate about our School family.
You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, and as we are a one form entry, good communication skills, the ability to wear many hats, be flexible, have excellent classroom management, all with a measure of resilience and more importantly a sense of humour, is essential. Our current Team Leader has a diverse Year 3 class and co-ordinates Educational visits in addition to currently leading KS2. We have the flexibility, should the right person prefer, to lead Early Years and KS1.
As a small school we are passionate about supporting each other and always aim to get the busy demands of teaching balanced with looking out for each other.
We would love to hear from you if this small snip-it has you interested in joining our family. This would be to start in January 2023. We would provide a good hand over and you would also have the support of all our super staff and children.
This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be sought from the successful candidates.
