As a school we are completely dedicated to providing a holistic approach to learning with a team of highly motivated and caring education professionals who want nothing but the best for each and every child.

Our children know exactly what they are looking for in a Teacher:

  • “Someone who tells us what we need to do next in order to improve”
  • “Someone who makes learning fun”

We can provide you with a strong team of enthusiastic, dedicated colleagues who will support you to the fullest, and opportunities to grow professionally.

“There have been many changes at Whitley Park. Leaders make decisions that benefit pupils but are mindful of staff well-being too. As one member of staff said, ‘Our headteacher really looks after his staff.” (Ofsted, December 2021).

We are looking for someone who:

  • Cares about children’s life chances
  • Is aspirational for the future
  • Sets high expectations and drives improvement to standards
