Your role:

As a Technical Services Engineer at Thomas Deacon Education Trust, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional IT services. You will design, implement, manage, and maintain our IT systems, ensuring robust cybersecurity, seamless network infrastructure, and efficient disaster recovery. You will support software deployment, mentor team members, and stay ahead of emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you should have experience in providing technical ICT support, implementing complex ICT projects, and using a range of Microsoft server applications. Your analytical and strategic thinking, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships, will be crucial in driving our IT services to new heights.
