The Role
We are looking to appoint a full time, term-time Food Technician at North Oxfordshire Academy to help ensure food technology lessons run smoothly and efficiently.
The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, term time only. We would consider part time working and would encourage candidates to contact us to discuss this.
The Food Technician role is vital in supporting the delivery of our lessons through practical, administrative and classroom support. This involves;
- Preparing, clearing away materials/equipment
- Setting up for practical lessons
- Arranging for the maintenance and monitoring of stock and equipment
- Promoting and adhering to the highest food and health and safety standards.
- Assisting and supporting students in practical lessons
