Essential educational requirements
Degree or appropriate professional teaching qualification
Evidence of commitment to professional development
Essential skills and experience
Teaching experience in KS1 or KS2
Able to provide effectively for the individual needs of all children
Monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of pupils' progress
Effective teaching and learning styles
