Temporary Maternity Cover Year 1

Long Bennington C of E Academy, part of the Infinity Academies Trust, requires a main scale KS1 Maternity Cover Class Teacher from Monday 6th January 2025.

The post is part-time (0.6), 19.5 hours per week, Wednesday-Friday, ending 22nd July 2025 (which may be earlier if the substantive postholder returns whereby one month’s notice will be given).

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Understands the importance of establishing positive relationships with children.
• Has a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Has high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Is aspirational for all children.
• Will help children to develop a lifelong love of learning
• Knowledge of Little Wandle Letters and Sounds is desirable
