  • Lead on facilities and estates management, ensuring planned preventative maintenance and health & safety standards are met across the site

  • Act as the key point of contact for contractors and service providers, including cleaning, catering, waste, and ICT support services

  • Support the implementation of data protection, safeguarding, and business continuity procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of statutory checks, training logs, risk assessments, and support audits and inspections

  • Collaborate with the Office Manager, Site Manager, and wider BPET central team to share good practice and ensure high operational standards

  • Contribute to Trust-wide projects, including capital works, digital infrastructure, and continuous improvement planning

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has proven experience managing school or multi-site operations in an education or public sector setting

  • Is confident in contract management, compliance processes, and working with external service providers

  • Has strong knowledge of health & safety, estates, and facilities management

  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, school staff, and external partners

  • Is aligned with the BPET mission to deliver high-quality education and support every child to thrive

In Return, We Offer:
  • A dynamic and supportive leadership team

  • The opportunity to be part of a growing and successful Trust

  • A varied role with meaningful impact across multiple areas of school life

  • Access to Trust-level CPD and development opportunities

  • 30 days’ holiday per year, plus bank holidays
