Temporary Teacher of Girls' PE (maternity cover) job summary
Required for November 2021, the Governors wish to appoint a highly qualified and dynamic temporary Teacher of Girls' PE to cover a maternity absence.
This post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a very good school (Ofsted Good with many outstanding features, Feb 2020) and within a successful and very popular department. This role would suit an enthusiastic NQT or an experienced professional looking to further their expertise. The flexibility to run clubs and attend fixtures, driving the School's minibus would be essential.
Female applicants would be desirable due to the gender of the current department staffing and the need to supervise female changing rooms.
The School is committed to excellence in professional development and is looking for a committed individual who can offer outstanding teaching.
The opportunity to be employed at our brand new state-of-the art free school, Barton Manor, opening in September 2022 to Year 7, after the maternity cover has finished is available to the right candidate.
Barton Court Grammar School is an accredited “Thinking School” with a strong reputation for high academic standards and a caring and supportive ethos.
