Temporary Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages job summary
Westfield School is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Languages. We are happy to receive applications from teachers with varying degrees of experience – from NQTs through to seasoned educators.
We are looking for a professional with the passion, knowledge and skills to ensure our students achieve their very best. The successful candidate must be able to deliver Spanish at KS4 and preferably German or French at KS3.
The successful candidate will:
- Be reflective, responsive, and analytical with regards their classroom practice.
- Be creative, motivational and effective classroom practitioner.
- Be able to inspire, challenge and motivate young people to build the successes of our 2022 GCSE results which were 90.5% 9-5 Spanish and 73% 9-5 French
- Be engaged in all aspects of the thriving MFL Faculty and willing to contribute to its further development.
