What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will first and foremost be an excellent classroom practitioner, who has enthusiasm for their subject and is able to motivate and inspire students and will be keen to make a significant contribution to the further development of our Science department. A specialist teacher of Biology for KS3, KS4 and KS5 would be an advantage.
