The Better Choices Centre (BCC) Hub Manager job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen, to join Mayfield School as part of the Behaviour Support Team.
The day to day management of the Hub, providing students with the support and academic development required. Working closely with the Behaviour Support Team and Assistant Headteacher for behaviour and Inclusion to provide effective restorative approaches, address student disengagement and reduce the risk of further exclusion. Liaising with external organisations and providing support, guidance and information to Parents / Carers.

The successful candidate would be expected to be a First Aider (training provided).
