Therapist job summary

We are looking to appoint two therapists to join our passionate and hardworking team at Elements Academy. We are looking for therapists that specialise in art and play therapy but would welcome applications from therapists with other experience.

To collaboratively contribute to the Elements Academy Therapeutic Team, offering specialised counselling services to children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Therapist provides professional and confidential therapeutic support for young people within the school, aiming to enhance emotional health and overall wellbeing.

Employing a variety of therapeutic interventions, the applicant fosters confidence, independence, reflection and resilience in young people whilst offering dedicated support to address their unique concerns.
