TKAT's aim is to work with students, parents and the wider community to provide a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment where high expectations and levels of challenge enable our students to achieve academically, socially and emotionally so they can make a positive contribution to society.

As a TKAT Reading Tutor you will work one to one with students, in primary or secondary schools, to rapidly improve their reading. After specific training with us at TKAT, you will deliver a short programme to support primary or secondary age students reading fluency and comprehension skills. We aim to strengthen the confidence and skills of hundreds of children across our TKAT family of schools. If you feel that you have qualities and ambition to be part of this drive to support our students then we would like to hear from you.

For this role, you will have:

Essential
  • Teaching Assistant Qualifications
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
  • Desirable
QTS
  • Currently in ITT
  • Degree
