Pay scale: Starting H3 (SCP 5-6) £21,575 - £21,968 with potential to progress to H4 (SCP 6-9 £21,968 - £23,194)
Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
Ridgeway Academy is looking for an energetic and positive individual who is looking to start a career in IT as a Trainee IT Technician. The IT team to work full time to provide first line IT support services to students and staff on school related IT, supporting teaching and learning by maintaining IT hardware (in consultation with outside agencies if appropriate) and ensure the efficient running of all computers throughout the school on a day-to-day basis. Whilst the position is based at Ridgeway Academy, you will be working with a team of highly skilled IT Technicians and Managers across the Trust. You will be an integral part of our school providing the tools and skills needed for teachers to design and deliver high quality digital learning to our students.
